Choosing What You Make It Mean

Today I'm talking about choosing on purpose what you make the circumstances in your life mean. When we choose on purpose we have a better chance of moving toward the results we want. When we let our brain decide on default we end up criticizing, judging, spiraling in negative thoughts and beating ourselves up. Choosing creates better relationships, better businesses, more money, better health and gets us to our goals faster.

The hardest part of letting go of dwelling, judging, criticizing, and beating yourself up is believing you’re worth it. The hardest part of choosing what you want to think is being aware of what you're thinking now that serves you or doesn't. I can teach you how.
