A New Way to Define Success

Most of us have defined success using a standard set by someone or society. This leads us to feel like we can never measure up or hit the mark. Or we measure ourselves by comparison. Either way, when we miss the mark we believe we aren't successful.

This is where I see people quit on themselves and their goals. In this episode, I'm sharing a better way to define success and how I am defining success at this stage of my life.

Don't forget to go and grab The Mid-life Compass. This is an assessment that will help you define your emotional values. Everything we do or don’t do is because of how we think we will feel, most people let emotions happen to them and the results follow, it is a very unintentional and unproductive way to create outcomes, but when you are clear on the emotions you values, you can create them on purpose.

You can come back to them time and again to intentionally use them as a compass that will guide you to the results you want. I use this assessment with all of my clients so they can leverage these emotions to create their goals and create a more joy-filled purposeful life that they love living.
