How to Feel and Process Emotions

We live in a society where busyness is worn as a badge of honor, and we’re taught to think logically through our problems, but what many of us lack is the ability to connect with our emotions. When we’re caught up in the business of our day and juggling everything on our plates day in and day out, slowing down to process our emotions might not only seem painfully intolerable but practically impossible.

In this week's episode, I discuss what to do with your emotions. Spoiler alert: the solution here isn’t to buffer or push them away, I'm offering two of the methods I use for slowing down and allowing your emotions, especially if doing so seems scary to you right now. 

When you can allow and process your emotions new possibilities will open up to you. You will be less reactive, less stressed, less overwhelmed and you will become more physically, mentally emotionally, and spiritually healthy. You will achieve things you never thought were possible.
